The project has the point to develop the building of the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency. 

The main idea is to create a cristal wave on the front facade of the building, symbolizing the radio waves used in the telegraphy. The cristal wave serves as a window and covers the outdoor units of the multisplit system, which spoils the look of the current facade.
